RECREATION LEADER

Seeking a part-time Recreation Leader. This individual is responsible the development, implementation and promotion of activities, community events and coordination of sport/recreation programs within the Borough while building programs with neighboring municipalities. Additionally, this person may provide office assistance, and assist in other areas as assigned. Candidate should expect occasional night or weekend programs requiring their attendance. Two or more years of relevant experience is preferred as well as computer knowledge, designing fliers and publications, online registration, purchasing, and social media. Certified Tax /Utility Collector/Treasurer

The Borough of Keyport is accepting applications without regard to race, color, sex or ethnic origin, from residents of Monmouth County, for the position of Certified Tax and Utility Collector /Treasurer for its tax office. Ideal candidate time must have a minimum of 3 years of experience, be highly motivated, and detail orientated with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be experienced and knowledgeable in all functions of a tax office and have water/sewer utility experience, be accurate, attentive to detail, have strong interpersonal skills, and must have excellent customer service etiquette. Duties include processing receipts for taxes, water, sewer, and Borough departments, balancing, reconciling accounts daily, mortgage company bank code changes, lien calculations and redemptions, managing annual tax sale and billing processes. Knowledge of Edmunds Tax and Utility software is a plus. A CTC certificate is CTC Required.
