Important Message from Keyport Public Works: Snowstorm Preparedness

The Keyport Public Works Department is preparing for the possibility of a snowstorm with plowable snowfall totals. While the storm track and snowfall amounts are still uncertain, we ask all residents to please assist us in ensuring efficient snow removal.

If possible, please park your vehicle off the street. If you live in an area where parking is prohibited during snow-covered conditions, we kindly ask that you remove your vehicle as soon as possible. This includes Monmouth County roads as well.

We also ask that residents remove any basketball hoops, brush, debris, or other obstructions from curb lines so our plows can clear snow curb to curb after the storm.

PLEASE DO NOT throw snow into the roadway. This can obstruct plowing efforts and create hazards for other drivers.

Public Works crews will be working in all zones throughout the storm, and we appreciate your patience as we work to provide the best service for the residents of Keyport.

Stay safe, and thank you for your cooperation.
