second street & waverly street improvements

As of 11/9/2025 water, sanitary, and storm sewer work on Second and Waverly is substantially complete, and the focus is now shifting to curb and sidewalks.

P&A is scheduled to begin concrete work on Tuesday, starting at the intersection of Atlantic and Second Street. Notices will be distributed tomorrow to residents along Second Street between Green Grove and Atlantic. Additional notices will be issued block-by-block as work progresses toward Stone Road.

As they approach the Senior Center, we’ll coordinate specific dates for sidewalk and driveway work to minimize disruptions and avoid conflicts with scheduled events.
