Councilmember Kyne is a retired utility worker with 39 years of experience in the field. Throughout his career, he demonstrated strong leadership and advocacy, serving for ten years as an officer of UWUA Local 102 as well as on the National Executive Board of the Utility Workers Union of America. A dedicated member of the community, he has been a resident of Keyport since 2007.
