NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

In compliance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., please take notice that a “Special Meeting” of the Keyport BID, Inc. (aka Keyport Bayfront Business Cooperative (“KBBC”)) Board of Directors (“Board”) will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 7:15 p.m. This meeting will be held via Zoom. The information required to join the Zoom meeting will be posted in advance to the KBBC website, https://www.visitkeyport.org/.

The agenda of the meeting, to the extent currently known, includes the following items:
