NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

In compliance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., please take notice that a “Special Meeting” of the Keyport BID, Inc. (aka Keyport Bayfront Business Cooperative (“KBBC”)) Board of Directors (“Board”) will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in person at Keyport Borough Hall, 70 West Front Street, Keyport, New Jersey 07735.
