NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

In compliance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., please take notice that a “Special Meeting” of the Keyport BID, Inc. (aka Keyport Bayfront Business Cooperative (KBBC)) Board will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held via Zoom. The information required to join the Zoom meeting will be posted in advance to the KBBC website, https://www.visitkeyport.org/.

The Public will also be able to attend the meeting in person at Keyport Borough Hall, 70 West Front Street, Keyport NJ 07735
