NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Pursuant to the Open Public Meeting Law (P.L. 1975, c. 231) notice is hereby given that there will be a Special Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Keyport on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Keyport Borough Hall, 70 West Front Street, Keyport, NJ.

The Governing Body will be meeting in closed session in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b(8) of the Open Public Meetings Act to discuss personnel matters, in particular, the hiring of a business administrator.

Formal action may be taken at this meeting.
