PUBLIC NOTICE

KEYPORT BAYFRONT BUSINESS COOPERATIVE (KBBC)

Pursuant to the notice requirements of the Open Public Meeting Act (P.L. 1975, c. 231), this

shall serve as public notice that the Keyport Bayfront Business Cooperative (KBBC) will make a

change to its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 6:30pm. The

meeting will not be held in Borough Hall, and will now be held via teleconference. Members of

the public who wish to participate in the meeting shall use the following dial in information:

If any members of the public wish to participate in public comment, they are asked to advise

the KBBC by email to kbbc@visitkeyport.org no later than 4:00pm on the day of the meeting,

so that they may be recognized during the teleconference.

Formal actions may be taken at these meetings.
