Notice of Special Meeting

Pursuant to the requirements of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Keyport Bayfront Business Cooperative (KBBC) will hold a Special Meeting on February 24, 2021 at 6:30 PM.

The meeting will include discussion of retaining legal counsel.  It is anticipated that formal action will be taken on this and other related matters and the Board of Directors will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss matters of personnel, contractual negotiation, and potential litigation.

This meeting will be conducted via teleconference.  Participation details will be posted on the KBBC website at www.visitkeyport.org.
