IMPORTANT DATE CHANGE:     The February meeting of the KBBC has been changed to February 27th from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at Town and Country Inn, 48 Route 35, Keyport.  Come meet our new Board of Directors and hear first-hand about the plans for 2014, including marketing campaigns and the introduction of our new business-centric mobile application, free to KBBC stakeholders.  

The Keyport Bayfront Business Cooperative is the managing entity of the Keyport Business Improvement District, created by ordinance of the Borough of Keyport.  It is run by an elected Board of Directors, comprised of business operators, property owners, representatives of the Borough of Keyport including Mayor and Council members, Borough committee representative, and resident representative. 

Open public meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers in the Municipal building, 70 West Front Street, Keyport,  unless changes to this schedule are noted.  The meeting dates for 2014 are: January 16, February 27, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21, September 18, October 16, November 20 and December 18.

The KBBC welcomes the involvement in various committees by the Keyport business community.  Meetings of the Events Committee, Visual Improvements Committee,  and Visual Improvement Highway Sub-Committee are regularly scheduled.  For more information on joining these committees, email the KBBC at or call the KBBC office at 732-739-5138.
