The Keyport Bayfront Business Cooperative is the managing entity of the Keyport Business Improvement District, created by ordinance of the Borough of Keyport.  It is run by an elected Board of Directors, comprised of business operators, property owners, representatives of the Borough of Keyport including Mayor and Council members, Borough committee representative and resident representative.

Open public meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers in the Municipal building, 70 West Front Street, Keyport, unless changes to this schedule are noted.*  The meeting dates for 2015 are located here.   * The May 21st Board meeting has been cancelled.  The next meeting of the KBBC Board will be on June 18, 2015.

The KBBC welcomes the involvement of the Keyport business community in various committees.  Meetings of the Events Committee, Visual Improvements Committee and Visual Improvement Highway Sub-Committee are regularly scheduled. Keyport Thursdays Events:

Girls' Night Out, July 2, 2015 from 5-9 pm, West Front St. between Broad St. and Main St.  Keyport merchants and restaurants are invited to participate in a street festival just for the ladies!  Our summer concert series kicks off with Lisa Sherman's  Bonnie Raitt tribute band.  Keyport businesses are invited to participate for free, but registration is required by June 22nd.  Click here for more information and registration form.

Keyport Car Show, July 23, 2015, 5-9 pm, West Front St. between Broad St. and Beers St.  All types of classic cars will be highlighted.  Prizes for the top three "Peoples' Choice" autos. Music of the British Invasion-era by Carnaby Street.  Pre-registration is encouraged (by July 15) for preferential parking.  Click here for more information and registration.

Please check back for information on other Keyport Thursdays events, "Dawg's Night Out" on Aug. 6th, a guy's night featuring Keyport merchants in a street festival atmosphere, and music and dancing to Gas House Gorillas, and Keyport's Motorcycle Show on Aug. 20th, with music from Dead On Live!, a Grateful Dead tribute band, for your listening, dancing and hula-hoop enjoyment!

The Keyport Farmers Market will be held each Thursday between June 4th and October 22nd (with the exception of August 13th) between 1-7 pm or sellout.  Businesses participating in Keyport's Business Improvement District and local non-profits are invited to take part in the Farmers Market for free, but must submit an application form to guarantee space availability.  Location of the market is Fireman's Park, corner of W.
