The Keyport Bayfront Business Cooperative is the managing entity of the Keyport Business Improvement District, created by ordinance of the Borough of Keyport.  It is run by an elected Board of Directors, comprised of business operators, property owners, representatives of the Borough of Keyport including Mayor and Council members, Borough committee representative and resident representative.

Open public meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers in the Municipal building, 70 West Front Street, Keyport, unless changes to this schedule are noted.*  The meeting dates for 2015 are located here.   * The May 21st Board meeting has been cancelled.  The next meeting of the KBBC Board will be on June 18, 2015.

The KBBC welcomes the involvement of the Keyport business community in various committees.  Meetings of the Events Committee, Visual Improvements Committee and Visual Improvement Highway Sub-Committee are regularly scheduled. The Keyport Farmers Market will be held each Thursday between June 4th and October 22nd (with the exception of August 13th) between 1-7 pm or sellout.  Businesses participating in Keyport's Business Improvement District and local non-profits are invited to take part in the Farmers Market for free, but must submit an application form to guarantee space availability.  Location of the market is Fireman's Park, corner of W. Front St. and American Legion Drive.  Please click here for an application.

Free kayaking in Keyport!  Our "Keyport Thursdays" program offers kayaking on the bay on June 4, 11, 18 and 25, and July 9, 16 and 30 at 5:30 pm....first come, first served!  Click the link below for more information.
